- 4th Biennial Rosenberg International Forum on Water Policy was held in Ankara on 7th and 8th September 2004 in cooperation with the Bilkent University and the Turkish Foreign Policy Institute.
- Turkish Foreign Policy Institute organized two international conferences in Antalya between 2-8 May, 2004.
- One of these conferences was for 25 journalists coming from different European Union countries. The themes discussed covered a range of subjects including Turkey’s relations with the European Union, the future of the European Union, the new EU Constitution, and the impact of enlargement on the future of the EU.
- Iraq on the Way to Its New Constitution
- Turkish Foreign Policy Institute and Bilkent University organized a symposium entitled “Iraq on the Way to Its New Constitution” in Ankara on March 22nd and 23rd, 2004. Academics, legal experts and experts of the region from Iraq, US, UK and Turkey participated. The situation in Iraq in the post-war period, political and social demography of Iraq and the constitutional models for Iraq were discussed.
